If an item does not suit you or it is not your size, you have the right to 15 days from the date of receipt to return it without defects.
It must be returned undamaged or incomplete.
The return of products must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) so that they can be marketed again.

The confirmation of delivery to the recipient by the carrier will do times. Beyond 15 days from receipt, the products will not be returned or refunded.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised once the order has been received. Cancellation of the order before receipt is not possible, only within 24 hours of payment.

How do I return an item?

For any item that does not suit you, contact our customer service at the address hello@fioredeluca.fr and tell us the defects you have encountered. We will also tell as to proceed with the return.

Exchanges

You can also ask us to exchange the size for you. Exchanges are possible within the limit of available stock.

Refunds

​

In the event of the return of items that are not suitable, the refund will be made once the item has been returned to its original condition within 48 hours. Only the price of the item will be refunded.
